![]() While that makes the thin wing nice and clean, these servos are not only a bit more expensive, they are quite a bit harder to find. My only real gripe is that the four servos in the wing are those thin “pancake” style. ![]() The aileron and flap hinge scheme is aerodynamically very clean and visually appealing. I think the way that these joints help with alignment is more important than an increase in strength since my crashes never produce glue joint failures. The wing joints use a joggle style (slip together) joint rather than the typical butt joint. I especially like the fact that the design incorporates a 6mm carbon fiber tube as a wing spar as well as using a tube inside the fully printed fuselage. The design is quit a bit more sophisticated that some other 3D printed planes I’ve made with lots of nice aerodynamic and structural features. Is anyone else building the Joker glider/hotliner by Jaroslav Kovac and sold through 3DLabPrint? I’m about half finished printing one in eSUN Pla Plus on my CR10S Pro.
